Returns are very limited due to the nature of used vehicle sales. Auction purchases, exported vehicles, delivered vehicles, "as-is" sales, and change-of-mind requests are not eligible for return. See our full Return Policy for details. |

Return requests must be submitted in writing within 3 days of vehicle delivery or collection. No returns accepted after this period. |

All return transport costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to Company error (e.g., wrong vehicle delivered). |

Cancellation is only possible before auction bid placement or before shipping begins. Auction purchases cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. |
